Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld and Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz are in Washington. There are no public or media events on their schedules.

Under Secretary of Defense Comptroller Dov S. Zakheim will conduct a briefing on the fiscal 2004 budget submission in the DoD Briefing Room, Pentagon 2E781 at 1:45 p.m.

Members of the Washington Field Office Federal Bureau of Investigation Agents Association will make a donation to the Pentagon Memorial Project from money raised during a charity hockey game with the New York City Fire Department. A photo opportunity for the press will be held at the Pentagon's Phoenix Project Site at 2 p.m. See press advisory for details.

Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller) Dov Zakheim will conduct a briefing on the fiscal 2004 budget submission today at 1:45 p.m. in the DoD Briefing Room, Pentagon 2E781. This is a change from the previously announced briefing time.
