Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld,Undersecretary of Defense (Comptroller),Dov Zakheimand Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Marine Corps Gen. Peter Pacewill testify onfiscal 2005 budget request at a hearing of theSenate Armed Services Committee at 9:30 a.m. EST. They will also be testifying on fiscal 2005 budget request at a hearing of the House Armed Services Committee at 1 p.m. EST. Both hearings will be in 2120 Rayburn Office Building.

Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitzhosts an honor cordon to welcome Yemen's Minister of Foreign Affairs Abu Bakr al-Qirbi to the Pentagon at11 a.m. EST. The cordon will be held on the steps of the Pentagon River Entrance. Media must be at the Pentagon North Parking Entrance no later than 10:30 p.m. EST for escort to the cordon.
