Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Business Transformation Paul A. Brinkley testifies at a hearing of the Senate Armed Services Committee on business transformation and financial management at the Department of Defense at 2:30 p.m. EST in room SR-222, Russell Senate Office Building.

Director for Operational Planning, Joint Chiefs of Staff, Maj. Gen.
