A ceremony to commemorate African American History Month will be conducted today at 2 p.m. in the Pentagon auditorium, room 5A1070. Host will be Charles L. Cragin, acting under secretary of Defense for personnel and readiness. Guest speaker will be Marine Corps Maj. Gen. Clifford L. Stanley, deputy commander general of the Marine Corps Combat Development Command.
