Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel and Deputy Secretary of Defense Ashton B. Carter have no public or media events on their schedules. 

Acting Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness Jessica Wright and Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs Jonathan Woodson testify at a hearing of the House Armed Services Military Personnel Subcommittee on the impact of the continuing resolution, sequestration and declining operations and maintenance budget on military personnel and family related programs at 10 a.m. EDT, in room 2118, Rayburn House Office Building, Washington D.C.

International Security Assistance Force Regional Commander South (RC-South) and U.S. Army 3rd Infantry Division Commanding General Army Maj. Gen. Robert B.
