Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Martin E. Dempsey deliver remarks at the retirement ceremony of Gen. Keith Alexander, commander,  U.S. Cyber Command, and director, National Security Agency, at 3 p.m. EDT, at Fort George Meade, Md.  Event is pooled press and airs live on The Pentagon Channel and at www.pentagonchannel.mil.
 
Acting Deputy Secretary of Defense Christine H. Fox has no public or media events on her schedule.
 
Secretary of the Army John M. McHugh, Chief of Staff of the Army Gen. Raymond T. Odierno and Sgt. Maj. of the Army Raymond F. Chandler III deliver remarks at the Sexual Assault Awareness Month Kick-off, hosted by the U.S. Army Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Program Directorate at 10 a.m. EDT, in the Pentagon Center Courtyard.
