Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld and Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz are in Washington today. There are no public or media events on their schedules.

The Navy will conduct a news briefing on the recent technical evaluation of its cooperative engagement capability today at 10 a.m. in the DoD briefing room, Pentagon 2E781. See the news release for more information.

The next regular DoD news briefing will be held Tuesday, March 13 at 1:30 p.m. in the DoD briefing studio, Pentagon room 2E781. The briefer will be Rear Adm. Craig R. Quigley, deputy assistant secretary of Defense for public affairs.
