Secretary of Defense Will Host Honor Cordon With President Aznar of Spain Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will host an honor cordon to welcome President Jose Maria Aznar, of the Government of Spain, to the Pentagon at 9:00 a.m. (EDT), April 13, 1999.
