Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld and Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz are in Washington today. There are no public or media events on their schedules.

The next regular DoD news briefing is scheduled for today at 1:30 p.m. in the DoD briefing studio, Pentagon room 2E781. The briefer will be Rear Adm. Craig R. Quigley, deputy assistant secretary of Defense for public affairs.

The Army's Division Capstone Exercise continues through April 14 at the National Training Center, Fort Irwin, Calif. See the exercise web site (no longer available) for details.
