Commander Central Command Army Gen. David Petraeus accepts award at the Netherlands American Foundation Awards Dinner at 6 p.m. EDT at the Army Navy Country Club, 1700 Army Navy Drive, Arlington, Va.  Media interested in attending should contact Lt. North American Aerospace Defense Command will conduct a one-day exercise, Falcon Virgo 10-07, early Friday morning, Apr. 16, in the skies over the Washington, D.C.area.  There will be two flights, with the first flight scheduled to take place between midnight until 2 a.m. EDT and the second between 4-6 a.m.  See press advisory for details.

Assistant Secretary of Defense for Reserve Affairs Dennis M. McCarthy will host the 2009 Department of Defense Reserve Family Readiness Awards presentation at 11a.m. EDT, Friday, April 16, 2010, at the Pentagon Auditorium.  Journalists without a Pentagon building pass will be picked up at the River Entrance only.  Plan to arrive no later than 45 minutes prior to the event; have proof of affiliation and two forms of photo identification.  Please call 703-697-5131 for escort into the building.
