Hamre's speech begins at 9 a.m. (EDT) in Room 204 Exhibit Hall Level, Pennsylvania Convention Center, Philadelphia. The event is open to media coverage. Following the remarks, Hamre and Pennsylvania Congressman Curt Weldon will hold a joint media availability in Room 201B Exhibit Hall Level.
