UNDERSECRETARY OF THE NAVY TO HEAD STEVENS INSTITUTE SCHOOL OF TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT The Department of the Navy announced today that Navy Undersecretary Jerry Mac Arthur Hultin has accepted a position as the dean for the Stevens Institute's Wesley J. Howe School of Technology Management. Hultin will assume the new position later this summer.
