Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld hosts an honor cordon to welcome Dominican Republic President Rafael Hipolito Mejia Dominguez to the Pentagon at 9:15 a.m. EDT. The cordon will be held on the steps of the Pentagon River Entrance. Media must be at the Pentagon North Parking Entrance no later than 8:45 a.m. for escort to the cordon.

Rumsfeld also hosts an honor cordon to welcome Bahrain's Crown Prince Shaikh Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa to the Pentagon at 11 a.m. The cordon will be held on the steps of the Pentagon River Entrance followed by a media availability at 11:35 a.m. Media must be at the Pentagon North Parking Entrance no later than 10:30 a.m. for escort to the cordon.

Rumsfeld also hosts an honor cordon to welcome Britain's Secretary of State for Defence Geoffrey Hoon to the Pentagon at 2 p.m. The cordon will be held on the steps of the Pentagon River Entrance. Media must be at the Pentagon North Parking Entrance no later than 1:30 p.m. for escort to the cordon.

Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz hosts an honor cordon to welcome United Arab Emirates Armed Forces Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Muhammed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan to the Pentagon at noon. The cordon will be held on the steps of the Pentagon River Entrance. Media must be at the Pentagon North Parking Entrance no later than 11:30 a.m. for escort to the cordon.
