AWARDS PRESENTED TO THREE TEAMS AT KICK-OFF OF ACQUISITION & LOGISTICS REFORM WEEK 2000 Acquisition & Logistics Reform Week 2000 began with the presentation of the David Packard Excellence in Acquisition Award to three teams which demonstrated superior accomplishments in the defense acquisition reform field while developing their program and/or project.

SecDef hosts full honors arrival for MoD Flahaut of Belgium Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will host a full honors arrival ceremony to welcome Minister of Defense Andre Flahaut, of the Kingdom of Belgium, to the Pentagon at 11 a.m. EDT, Tuesday, May 23, 2000.

The ceremony will be held on the River Parade Field of the Pentagon....
