Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld will address the Naval Academy Class of 2003 at the graduation and commissioning ceremony at 10 a.m. at Navy-Marine Corps Stadium.

Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz is in Washington. There are no public or media events on his schedule.

Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics Edward C. "Pete" Aldridge will hold a news briefing at 1 p.m. EST on the results of the tanker lease agreement. The briefing will be held in the DoD Briefing Room, Pentagon 2E781. See press advisory for details.
