Stenner Jr. testify at a hearing on the Guard and Reserve posture on fiscal 2013 Department of Defense appropriations at the Senate Committee on Appropriations, Subcommittee on Defense at 10 a.m. EDT at the Dirksen Senate Office Building in room 192, Washington, D.C.

Commander, International Security and Assistance Force (ISAF) Gen. John R.
