SecDef to host full honor arrival ceremony for President of Nigeria Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld will host a full honors arrival ceremony to welcome President Olusegun Obasanjo, of Nigeria, to the Pentagon at 4 p.m. EDT, Thursday, May 10, 2001.
