Deputy Secretary of Defense Gordon England delivers remarks at the Pentagon Memorial Tree Planting at 1:45 p.m. at the Pentagon 9-11 Memorial site outdoors by corridor 5.  Media wishing to attend should arrive at the memorial site no later than 1:30 p.m.
