Papp Jr., testify at a hearing before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee concerning the U.N. Convention Law of the Sea at 10 a.m. EDT, in room 216, at the Hart Senate Office Building, Washington, D.C.

Secretary of the Army John M. McHugh, Vice Chief of Staff of the Army Gen. Lloyd J. Austin III and senior Army leaders will attend the Army Birthday ceremony and cake cutting at 11 a.m. EDT, in the Pentagon Center Courtyard, Washington, D.C.
