Security Lapses at DoE Facilities - House Committee on Government Reform OPEN Witnesses: Ed McCallum, former Security and Safeguards Chief, DoE; Peter Leitner, Senior Strategic Advisor, U.S. Defense Technology Security Administration; and Jonathan Fox, Attorney, Defense Special Weapons Agency re: security lapses at facilities operated by DoE. The hearing will focus on several federal employees who have allegedly been intimidated or punished for providing information about national security problems at these facilities and Chinese attempts to gain U.S. technology.
