            Deputy Secretary of Defense Gordon England and Deputy Secretary of Education Raymond Simon will conduct a signing ceremony at 3:30 p.m. EDT, June 25, at the Secretary of Defense Conference Room in the Pentagon (3E863). Journalists without a Pentagon building pass will be picked up at the North Parking Entrance. Plan to arrive no later than 45 minutes prior to the event; have proof of affiliation and two forms of photo identification. Please call (703) 697-5131 for escort into the building.
 
            Assistant Secretary of Defense for Asian and Pacific Security Affairs James J. Shinn and Vice Director for Strategic Plans and Policy, the Joint Chiefs of Staff U.S. Air Force Maj. Gen. Phillip M. Breedlove will testify on recent security developments in China at 10 a.m. at the House Armed Services Committee, 2118 Rayburn, Washington, D.C.
 
          Mr Mel Johnson, Division Chief, Plans & Programs, NORAD/USNORTHCOM Interagency Coordination Directorate will deliver remarks at 11:00 a.m on Network Centric Homeland Security Conference on Interagency Coordination at the 2nd Annual Centric Homeland Security Conference at the Hilton, Alexandria, Va.
 
            Pentagon Press Secretary Geoff Morrell will conduct a press briefing at 1:30 p.m. EDT in the DoD Briefing Room, 2E579.
