Deputy Secretary of Defense Ashton B. Carter delivers the keynote address at the Institute for Foreign Policy Analysis' conference on Positioning Special Operations Forces for Global Challenges in the 21st century at 9:15 a.m. EDT, Washington, D.C. 

Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus will attend the Medgar Evers Memorial Service at noon EDT, Old Amphitheater, Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington Va.
