10:30 a.m. Secretary Cohen will host an honor cordon to welcome President Arpad Goncz, of the Republic of Hungary.

11 a.m. Deputy Secretary Hamre will host an honor cordon to welcome Secretary of State for Defense Pedro Morenes Eulate, of the Kingdom of Spain.
