Video of the flight test will also be available for satellite downlink Tuesday at 2 p.m. It will be available on the GSTAR 4 satellite, Ku band, transponder 11 upper, left audio 6.2, right audio 6.8, downlink frequency 11881 vertical.

SECRETARY COHEN ORDERS AIR FORCE ENGINEER TEAMS TO ALBANIA Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen has ordered three U.S. Air Force Red Horse engineer teams to Albania to execute critical road and bridge repairs in Albania. These repairs will allow the movement of refugees from border areas to refugee camps further inside Albania.
