SECRETARY COHEN ORDERS AIR FORCE ENGINEER TEAMS TO ALBANIA Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen has ordered three U.S. Air Force Red Horse engineer teams to Albania to execute critical road and bridge repairs in Albania.
