Deputy SecDef Hosts Honor Cordon for Deputy MoND of Canada Deputy Secretary of Defense Rudy de Leon will host an honor cordon to welcome Deputy Minister of National Defense James Judd, of Canada, to the Pentagon at 10 a.m. EDT, Monday, June 12, 2000.
