 Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Martin E. Dempsey and Principal Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Policy Kathleen Hicks deliver remarks at the National Guard Symposium on mutual security cooperation at 10 a.m. EDT at the JW Marriott Hotel, 1331 Pennsylvania Ave. NW, Washington, D.C.

Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Jonathan W. Greenert will attend the Guam/Marianas Wreath Laying Ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown in Arlington National Cemetery at 8:30 a.m. EDT, Arlington, Va.

 Press Secretary George E.
