1:55 p.m. Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will host an honor cordon to welcome Minister of Defense Georgi Ananiev, of the Republic of Bulgaria, to the Pentagon. The cordon will be held on the steps of the Pentagon River Entrance. Cohen and Ananiev will hold a joint media availability following their plenary meeting. In view of Cohen's testimony before the Senate Committee on Armed Services, today's regular DoD press briefing is cancelled.
