House Meets at 9 a.m. At the conclusion of Morning Hour, the House will recess until 2 p.m. at which time legislative business will begin. The House is then scheduled to take up H.J. Res. 57, disapproving the extension of NTR to products of the People's Republic of China (subject to a unanimous consent agreement); H.R. 2605, Energy and Water Development Appropriations (subject to a rule); and H.R. 2587, District of Columbia Appropriations (subject to a rule).
