Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitzparticipates intheUnited States Strategic Command change of command ceremony between Adm. James O.Ellis Jr. andLt. Gen. James E. Cartwright at 11 a.m. CDT at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. Wolfowitz will also deliver remarksto theOmaha Chamber of Commerce at 1:55 p.m. in theQwest Convention Center, Omaha Nebraska.

Secretary of the NavyGordon Englandwill conduct a briefing for media on the subject of the Combatant Status Review Tribunal. The briefing will be in the DoD Briefing Room, Pentagon 2E579 at 11 a.m. EDT. Journalists without a Pentagon building pass will be picked up at the North Parking Entrance only.
