Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfelddelivers remarks to the Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerceat the Westin City Center Hotel, 650 North Pearl St., Dallas, Texas, at 12:50 p.m. CDT.The event will be open to representatives of the news media.

Acting Deputy Secretary of Defense Gordon England hosts an honor cordon to welcome Moldova's Minister of Defense Valeriu Plesca to the Pentagon at 8:40 a.m. EDT. The cordon will be held on the steps of the Pentagon River Entrance. Media must be at the Pentagon North Parking Entrance no later than 8:10 a.m.for escort to the cordon.
