Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeldconducts a Town Hall Meeting followed by a media availability at 8 a.m. PDT at Marine Corps Air Station Yuma.

Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz has no public or media events onhis schedule.

Legal Advisor to the Appointing Authority for the Office of Military Commissions, Brig. Gen.Thomas L. Hemingway, will provide media an update on the preliminary hearings for military commissions at 1:30 p.m. EDT in the DoD Briefing Room. Journalists without a Pentagon building pass will be picked up at the North Parking Entrance only.
