Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld will speak at approximately 1 p.m. EDT, at the National Press Club in the Ball Room, 529 14th Street, NW, Washington, D.C.

Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz is in Washington. There is no public or media events on his schedule.

Marine Col. Matthew Bogdanos, leader of the team investigating antiquity loss from the Baghdad museum, will conduct a briefing at 10 a.m. EDT in the DoD Briefing Room, Pentagon 2E781. He will present the conclusions of the investigation. Media representatives without a Pentagon building pass who are interested in attending this event must have proof of affiliation and two forms of photo identification and be at the Pentagon North Parking Entrance by 9:30 a.m. Please call (703) 697-5131 for escort into the building.
