Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld will discuss "Three Years Later: A Progress Report on the Global War on Terror." at the National Press Club, 529 14th ST NW Washington, D.C.luncheon at 12:30 p.m. EDT.

Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz has no public or media events onhis schedule.

There will be a media availability at 9:30 a.m. EDTwith members of Congress at the conclusionof breakfast with Secretary Rumsfeld. The following members of congress will be in attendance, Christopher Cox (R-CA), Randy "Duke" Cunningham (R-CA), Kay Granger (R- TX), Robin Hayes (R-NC), John Mica (R-FL), Mark Kirk (R-IL), John Shimkus (R-IL), William "Mac" Thornberry (R-TX), Roger Wicker (R-MS). Journalists without a Pentagon building pass should be at the North Parking Entrance at 8:45 and have proof of affiliation and two forms of photo identification.
