Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld will conduct a media availability at Ft. Leonard Wood, Mo.at 11 a.m. CDT.

Rumsfeld alsohas a Town Hall meeting at 1:35 CDT (Broadcast Live on Pentagon Channel) and a media availability at 3:30 at Ft. Campbell, Ky. Point of contact is LTC Ed Loomis (270) 798-3025.

Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Richard Myers, U. S. Air Force, will host the Pentagon ceremony for National POW/MIA Recognition Day at the River Parade Field at 10 a.m. EDT. Medal of Honor recipient Senator Daniel K. Inouye, a veteran of World War II, will be the guest speaker. See press advisoryfor details.
