Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld and Deputy Secretary of Defense Gordon England have no public or media events on their schedules.

Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Affairs, Peter Rodman, tesitifes before the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission at 9:15 a.m. EDT, at the Senate Dirksen Office Building.

Barham Salilh, Deputy Prime Minister of Iraq, will discuss progress in Iraq at 10 a.m. EDT in the Pentagon Briefing Room, 2E579.  Journalists without a Pentagon building pass will be picked up at the North Parking Entrance only.
