POSTPONED -- House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence CLOSED Witnesses: DoD witness TBD; George Tenet, Director, Central Intelligence Agency; representatives from the Office of the U.S. Attorney General re: the reasons why unauthorized disclosures continue, and the present process or investigating and prosecuting leaks. Richard Schiffrin, Office of General Council, DoD, will be present to answer questions by the Committee. The HPSCI is expected to hold an additional hearing on this issue in 2000.
