U.S. Army Master Sgt. Bobby Bullard and Pfc. Jonathan Machado, both assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Battery 3rd Battalion, 320th Field Artillery Regiment, 101st Airborne Division, are the only two certified operators for the Raven unmanned aerial vehicle at Forward Operating Base Ramegan, Iraq, April 21, 2006.
