Explosive Demonstration
An explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) robot places an improvised explosive device next to a suspicious package during a demonstration conducted by members of the EOD unit from Special Operations Command Central for participants of the Joint Civilian Orientation Conference (JCOC) 72 at Camp Lemonier, Djibouti, Oct. 21. The JCOC is a program sponsored by the Secretary of Defense for civilian public opinion leaders interested in growing their knowledge of the military and national defense issues by traveling to overseas military bases. Marines Transported From USS Shreveport
