Guerrero began evacuating the top two floors of Building 131 at Khobar Towers after spotting the terrorist truck that exploded 3 1/2 minutes later. After the explosion, Guerrero continued to evacuate the wounded and assisted with CPR and First Aid. The explosion outside the northern fence of the Khobar Towers complex near King Abdul Aziz Air Base on June 25, 1996, killed 19 and injured over 260. Guerrero, a Modesto, Calif., native, is deployed to Saudi Arabia from Edwards Air Force Base, Calif.
