Boscan arrived to the USO Reception Area after evacuating the Caribbean island hit by Hurricane Maria. Taylor and other personnel of the 145th and 165th Airlift Wings staff the 24-hour operation to receive service members and their family members circulating through hub-and-spoke missions at the wing.
