Damaged Spillway Puerto Rico Army National Guardsmen drive a Humvee through the Guajataca Dam’s damaged spillway to the site of a 40-foot bridge they’re building for the citizens of Quebradillas, Puerto Rico, Oct. 27, 2017. The soldiers are assigned to the Puerto Rico Army National Guard’s 892nd Multi-Role Bridge Company, 190th Engineer Battalion. The bridge will provide the municipalities of Quebradillas, San Sebastian, and Isabela with a functional bridge until the bridges around the Guajataca Dam, which were destroyed by Hurricane Maria, are repaired.
