U.S. Army Green Berets participate from the starting point of a 20-kilometer ruck march during Fuerzas Comando 2018 at the Instituto Superior Policial, Panama, July 17, 2018. The soldiers are assigned to the 7th Special Forces Group, Airborne. Fuerzas Comando 2018, a multinational special operations competition sponsored by U.S. Southern Command and executed by U.S. Special Operations Command South, kicked off its 14th iteration. The nine-day event, designed to enhance multinational and regional cooperation, mutual trust and confidence, tests participants’ technical and tactical skills and includes a distinguished visitor program.
