Former Marine and astronaut, Maj. Gen. Charles F. Bolden Jr., visited students at Kinser Elementary School, Okinawa, Japan, Nov. 13, as well as three other on-base schools. Bolden used his experiences as an astronaut to send the messages "work hard, study hard, and don't fear failure."
