EMERGENCY STOP Two Chinese trawlers stop directly in front of the USNS Impeccable, a military sealift command ocean surveillance ship, forcing the ship to conduct an emergency "all stop" in order to avoid collision in international waters in the South China Sea, March 8, 2009.
