U.S. Navy Adm. Mike Mullen, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, is introduced to the staff by Gen. Franciszek Gagor, chief of the General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces, after a full-honors ceremony welcoming him to Warsaw.
