FAULTY ROCKETS U.S. Air Force Sgt. 1st Class Jeff Truex and a Polish combat engineer open containers of faulty rockets at an undisclosed location in Ghazni province, Afghanistan, Nov. 17, 2009. The team detonated more than 400 pounds of munitions from various sources, including munitions turned in from locals, parts of improvised explosive devices that could not be blown up in place and faulty rockets that did not fire properly.
