WILLOW SPOUTS The U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Willow makes its way through New York Harbor as part of the parade of ships during the kickoff to New York's Fleet Week, May 25, 2011. The Willow, a 225-foot bouy tender, is based in Newport, R.I. The weeklong event celebrates mariners from around the world.
