GATE WELDER U.S. Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Brian Mouton welds a hinge on a column to secure the re-fabricated Commodore Oliver H. Perry gate at Lapeyrouse Cemetery in Trinidad and Tobago, April 1, 2012. Mouton restored the gates to the cemetery, where Perry was first buried in 1819. Perry was re-interred in Rhode Island in the United States in 1826. Mouton is assigned to the Military Sealift Command and Rescue salvage ship USNS Grapple.
