U.S. Air Force Red Horse engineers build a tent city at Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina. U.S. Air Force Red Horse engineers lay down a plastic liner over the top of the inner liner of a tent being erected at Tuzla Air Base, Bosnia and Herzegovina, on Feb. 1, 1996, during Operation Joint Endeavor. The engineers, from the 823rd Civil Engineering Squadron, Hurlburt Field, Fla., are building a self-contained tent city known as Force Provider. The Force Provider will house troops deployed to Bosnia and Herzegovina as part of the NATO Implementation Force (IFOR). Foundations for additional tents are being prepared in the foreground.
