Fogleman (left) presents the Airman's Medal to security policeman Senior Airman Corey P. Grice on July 3, 1996, in Saudi Arabia. Grice began evacuating the top two floors of Building 131 at Khobar Towers after receiving warning of the terrorist truck that exploded 3 1/2 minutes later. After the explosion, Grice continued to evacuate the wounded and assisted with CPR and First Aid. The explosion outside the northern fence of the Khobar Towers complex near King Abdul Aziz Air Base on June 25, 1996, killed 19 and injured over 260.
